The prices go up every year. Which would be okay if it wasn't for the part that I'm paying 2022 rent prices but living in a 2005 looking apartment bc they don't update anything. Then the cops are always there. No matter what happens? they come constantly for neighbors that never get kicked out. Then the black mold and bug issues. I clean my apartment all the time, don't keep dirty dishes out or in the sink, sweep and mop my floors, organize everything for bugs to always be there. I pay monthly for pest control and I see them maybe once every few months and they don't do much.. they came into my apartment to check what they needed to fix around ex: the toilet seat .. like a yearly check after resigning - which is pointless because they haven't "fixed" anything they say they're going to do. Drugs are being sold in the neighborhood - but I mean they let anyone move in I feel like.. it's becoming unsafe which would be okay if my rent was $600 because that's how much the apartments are worth.. I just wish they cared more and wanted to change this. I can pay 1,600-2k to live closer to the beach and have MORE amenities - as in dog parks, a business office that actually works, beach shuttle on the weekends (look at the grande dunes - the lively) also valet trash, etc for the same price we pay here. ALSO another thing, the trash build up. The garbage thing is ALWAYS breaking or the trash is always built up and the worse thing is that it's in front of the building so it's the first thing you see? it's just gone downhill and I wish it was better.
