The process was easy and fast. I transferred from a 2 bedroom to the 3 bedroom. The office staff made my experience very easy. I love how I just told them what I wanted to towards the end of my first lease and they made it happen.

I never imagined of having this level of service. Maintenance and management has been extremely helpful and supportive since I moved in over a year ago. Location is great but the staff is why I choose to stay at Emblem Cane Bay North!

The amenities are not good. People are rude and smoke too much. There is dog poop everywhere. The front office is barely helpful. The rent is too expensive for what you actually get. The bath tub stains easily because it's super bad quality. Closet is too small.

It's a safe property as a single parent. The front office always quickly addresses your concerns and needs. The office and maintenance team are always friendly. Would definitely recommend this place as its worth the price.

Nice and spacious apartments. Definitely quiet at night, no issues. Any maintenance issues, they come and resolve it in a timely manner. Living here is definitely different than and better than where I've been before.

Everyone was wonderful and caring from the application process to moving in. Great company where everyone is always smiling!! The office area is always immaculate as well as the gym and pool area. No one is ever too busy to stop and say hi.

Very quiet neighborhood. I love the security of the coded doors and gates. The community is very active with food trucks and other activities & lastly the staff are really great and super sweet. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Quiet neighbors nice office staff cozy apartment maintenance is wuick to come fix things. The gym could have more equipment. They hold community events that are family oriented and have food trucks come to the complex
