The staff were very responsive about scheduling a tour and providing information about the community. They answered all of my questions during the lease process and were very prompt about correcting minor issues during move in. The apartment complex is a good size and well maintained, and the clubhouse is nice and cozy.

What made my decision was the property manager and the community is new. There are things that I would have like to have seen. Such as not having to have paint and glue on the floor. Making sure there were no spiders.

The management staff here is so professional and they also make sure that you are not left with unanswered questions. My move was very smooth and I didn't have any issues. I had one issue with my a/c but that was dealt with on the same night. I love it here

The community is still being built but the incentives to moving in were worth it to me and staff has been very helpful with me solving any issues with my place and getting me settled in. I'm enjoying it so far.

The experience so far has been nothing short but incredible, everything has been so professional, clean and amazing. Sure it's a community under construction but the staff are all amazing and sweet and the units are absolutely beautiful and incredibly priced

Although this community is still in development, I decided to take the risk in moving here due to the friendliness of the staff and the brand new condition of the apartments. For future residents interested in virtual tours, you will need to have FaceTime. I had to go off videos and the floor plans. When I got my application approved you get your lease via email and you are able to sign it before reaching the apartment for move in. As long as you have all the paperwork, you can pick up your keys and move in quickly on your designated move in day. There are also social gatherings so that you are able to know your neighbors. I'm looking forward to the full development of the community.

Haven't been here long enough to make an accurate judgement, but so far things have been good. The office management has been nice to deal with and the maintenance staff has also been very prompt in taking care of move in issues.
