I've lived here for about two years now. I haven't had any major issues with management or my unit until recently. Communication seems to be slow with management and maintenance team. I've put work orders in or have expressed one of my many concerns just to be met with long waiting periods and the issues not being resolved.

With our recent change in management,I have no complaints except with the timeliness of maintenance issues being resolved.Also,they leave a mess when fixing anything.Office staff is awesome though and KC is the best manager.

The community is quiet. The way maintenance run there system is horrible and canceling request without notifying the resident is disrespectful. I stay behind an event building where they do use our parking and hang out there. But overall it's quiet

The apartment is a little dated but pretty nice. The complex has a pool and an exercise room with stationary bikes some free weights and a treadmill . The office staff are very friendly and also very helpful and maintenance requests are responded to usually the same day. My only real complaint is that some of my neighbors have little or no respect for the other neighbors and leave trash all over the place.

My experience at Martins Creek.

My experience has been a pretty good one. The Maintance team is pretty fast it seemed. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Everybody is friendly in the office. Some apts are upgraded and some apts don’t have ceiling fans which would be nice to have those upgrades throughout all apts. The clubhouse has some residents activities. I’d be back. I’d like to see the rent prices drop a bit. Clean property and pool too! :)

Best Apartment We’ve had

Love the community events and how this place feels more like a family. We’ve lived here going on 2 years and our girls love Kacy and the staff…especially the pool. Maintenance staff is great and friendly. Would recommend to anyone :)

Great place to live

Been living here for over a year now. The ladies in the office are super nice and very friendly. I can call them during office hours without being put on hold. They are what makes this place a home and not just another apartment complex. The maintenance staff are super helpful, they do get backed up sometimes so be patient

Loved this place

We came to tour this property recently and had a great experience. Kayla was so sweet and helpful, and the property was so much more well maintained than most of the other places we’ve looked at. I would definitely recommend this property and Kayla!

Kayla and Kacy in the office are extremely nice and helpful. They made moving in super easy. Living here has been a great experience, the apartment/ the grounds are very well kept and I haven’t had an issue since moving in!

Great place!

The office staff is so warm & friendly. Extremely welcoming! The grounds was kept up nicely and maintained. Love all the new upgrades the community has done. Definitely recommend this complex! Great and safe place to live!

Has had its ups and downs. For the most part it's been good. My family has been here through a few management teams, and only the second one wasn't great. Maintenance has always been above and beyond!

Overall pleased with this community. Office staff is great, maintenance seems on top of things. I'm hoping the pool atmosphere will be better this year once it opens, in previous years, a lot of riff raff was coming in and out of there and leaving trash in and around the pool.

Community is fairly safe and quite. Maintenance is completed usually quickly. Though the gym needs better equipment and the pool needs to be open more often. Rent prices need to be lower and not jump $100+ with a lease renewal.

I have enjoyed my time living at Martins Creek. It is central to all of the Summerville businesses and services that I want. I think the grounds are well kept, and the maintenance crew works very hard to keep it that way: recent pressure washing of the buildings, parking lot was recently recoated and repainted. Routine/seasonal upkeep on the pool and the fitness center was refitted with new equipment a couple years ago. The office staff are always nice to work with. I think the rent is reasonable for the area. The maintenance crew responds quickly to work orders. The management seems to be open to trying new ideas: -fire extinguisher inspections were conducted differently this year. -there are more community activities like candy for the kids at Halloween -ice cream trucks visiting, and pizza in the community center. The apartments are quiet and I like the layout. The neighbors I have met around my specific building are all friendly. Thank you.

Deserae was very professional and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude. Great interaction especially today when so many people are so short and not always sweet. Always makes a great difference to have such personable interaction and know the person is genuinely interested in helping you.

5 Star Customer Service!!

Let me start by saying, this was my first time apartment hunting and it was such a pleasure with this company. I walked in and everything was clean and organized. I was greeted by a staff named K.C. and she was such a pleasure to speak with. Very professional and had an answer to my millions of questions. Nothing during my appointment felt rushed or bothersome. She listened to my concerns with having a little one and found the best fitting apartment for us. She even loaded us up with a Halloween treat bag to take home. My experience was just so pleasant and I walked away with the feeling that I had found our new home. ??

It's better than when I first moved in. Fairly quiet and clean. I wish they had designated EV parking so I could charge my car instead of fighting for the parking spot in front of my apartment. All in all a decent place to live

I Love Martins Creek Everyone the Staff and Maintenance our guys are great when anything happens. Mike is wonderful we both came about the same time. Just hope I can stay there as I know rent will go up again and hope I can pay it!!!!

Office management isn't great. They ignore emails and when I go into the office they have an attitude. I've had issues and they only communicate by leaving notes on the door. The maintenance takes a while to get to your issues. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Over all good at the beginning other than having our van stolen. As of late there are drug deals in the parking lot and the gym equipment is usually broken. Renters with 3+ cars makes it difficult to park sometimes. There is debris on the fence line that I usually go pick up bc no one else does that area. Tha ladies in the office have been very nice so far. We were told that we would get a professional steam cleaning of the carpets for signing the lease but have yet to be asked about a good date. The carpet that was put in almost 6 years ago was not joined properly and there are large tears in it that we have covered with an area rug. The office staff was made aware when we signed our new lease. Telhe past 6 years or so this area has been going down. The past ownership thought it was more important to DNA test the dog crap in the grass than it was to put up security cameras in the area. Police are out at the far end of the complex almost weekly.

Fantastic place to live.

Love living here at Martins Creek because of the front office staff and maintenance! They are all terrific and my apartment is fantastic. Neighbors are all amazing and it is typically very quiet here as well. Pet friendly which is great for me.
