MANAGEMENT SUCKS!
SO, where do I begin? I moved down here in 2017 under the management of UNITED MANAGEMENT; since then they have sold the property to EMERALD CITY located in RALIEGH, NC. I have NEVER seen such UNPROFESSIONALISM in my entire life. I may get feedback and then again they may just ignore me as they have done since they took over. Nevertheless, it NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT TO LIGHT as to how the disgruntle tenants feel and how they are being treated!! YES, they did do some remodeling to all the vacate apartment but the tenants that were already there they didn't do, but was told that they would have first choice to move into the renovated upon completion: LIED! Then the LACK OF COMMUNICATION is so UNPROFESSIONAL, as well as MANAGEMENT! Every other month or so, they have someone NEW in the office or fired them for whatever reason or just not there at all. NEVER CAN GET SOMEONE TO DO THE REAL MAINTENACE, but you have money to spend to try and keep up the grounds....! Horrible
NO ONE goes above and beyond here Everything is falling apart repairs never get completed in a timely manor. Usually it’s resident is correct . Well at Elm Creek not so. There was an on going leak and Ms. Dewitt had guilty knowledge of my Apartment having this issue as I should never been allowed to live in the unit . Starting feeling a little ill not long after moving in. It’s a shame that one’s health is not important my family as well as others on the property were being poisoned. Go to something better as when you leave Elm Creek / United Housing Associates you loose Everything due to contamination. And your hood Health is no more ! It’s toxic, sick mismanaged property. Condemn it all

Unhealthy
I moved into an uninhabitable apartment due to a Leak from years of damage . Maintenance told witness that it caused thousands of dollars in damage we have to cover it up as witness stated as they asked about the damage . Also , current staff confirmed exactly what is in my report. It’s mold and all covered up. They knew about the situation. My Service Animal as well as Partner and I have been Ill. They knew all along and said nothing . Putting my health at risk. Also I was presented with the fact management had a test done as soon as I left and it was same unhealthy and toxic and mold present : don’t stay here
