It has been great. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and approachable. During the power outage from Hurricane Helene they were awesome. They did everything they could possibly do to help out residents even though we had no power for a week, always taking the time to listen to us and have a kind word for everyone.

Pretty good so far, service is excellent, I like the pool but wish that the gym was bigger with a wider variety of equipments. It is peaceful and quiet but don't like the fact that with the additional fees toward rent, it caused it to go up which might cause me to start thinking about leaving at some point.

Overall good - plenty of things could use updated & constantly raising rent when no improvements are actually being made to the units or property is -------- but whatever. Thanks capitalism. Actually putting up security cameras and proper lighting would be nice so it could cut down on car break ins during the summer.

I have never worked with a better group of people who genuinely care about my needs for a home. It's a clean, safe, and beautiful property. It's animal-friendly, has modern appliances, and has hardwood floors. I am going to love it.

The move-in process was smooth and easy. The staff are friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are older and have been lived in but they are well maintained. Overall I am very pleased with my experience so far.

The Complex was built in the 1980's and is older, but is well-maintained. The grounds are clean, the neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests have been answered promptly and efficiently. It's nice and quiet with a pool and an exercise room.

I like the inside of my apartment. However, the grounds are not kept well. The garbage is an absolute disaster. No one picks up after their dog. Crap. And parking is a nightmare. Not a safe place to live.

Ive only been here a week but the community is Quite. Parking lot is clean. Maintenance responds to issues in a timely manner. The location is close to dining and shopping within 15 minutes of every thing.

Getting approved and move-in were as smooth as possible. I was always made aware of what the next steps were and when they needed to be completed by. The best part about the complex is I can have my sweet American Bully with me as they do not have a breed restriction for dogs. The pet fee is more than reasonable. Great apartment complex so far!! I don't plan on moving from here until I buy a house.

I wasn't told a train runs by. Lucky I'm on the other side or I would have flipped out. They hide fees such as water and trash!!! It took a year to fix a screen. They could use another property manager. They should use propane. It's safer than charcoal. They don't maintain the cleanliness of the pool. The laundry room should be much larger because of the size of the complex. Price was a key reason to renew lease.

This apartment complex is very nice. The residents here are nice quiet and very friendly. Office personal is perfesonal and prompt to help you with any matter you may have. You can have your pets here with you. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.

Rent goes up over $100 every year, yet there have been no updates to the apartment. Carpet was old and smelly when I moved in, and despite cleaning it multiple times, the smell never goes away. Carpet is also coming up off the floor in the hallway.

Krystal was great - she showed us around and answered all questions. Exterior of apartment community was also very nice and we liked the price point. Inside was less impressive and had a slight odor. We also saw a roach and heard music blasting from upstairs.

Staff is very Friendly and easy to work with. Curbside appeal is great cause it is well landscaped. Walls are thick so no neighbor sound can be heard. Quiet complex makes it comfortable to live in. Pool is good sized and I like the car wash station.

Highland Ridge is a middle of the road pick. The apartments are decent, the staff is great, and the community is tolerable. Maintenance is always quick to fix the issues, but for the price, there should not be so many issues. The price is okay for being so close to Downtown GVL.

Overall this is a decent community. Although, I do not feel comfortable being outside at night alone due to break-ins and strange behavior from a resident of an rv park behind the complex. Other than that the grounds are nice, the pool and the grilling area are nice. Seems like overall decent people living around me in the complex. Everyone has been nice.

The trash containers are always overflowing. The toilet upstairs has overflowed twice running into my apartment through the exhaust fan. Water has come from upstairs leaking into the tub my ceiling is wet.

Not worth the money they're asking apartments are outdated. I need to be be a great place to live if it was up-to-date. Only good person around is the maintenance staff. They charge way too much for rent.Do not move here

The pool is nice. The buildings are run down. The kitchen cabinets are old. The painting is horrible. Paint drips on the floor. The siding glass door leaks. Overall this complex is very bad. I will be moving

I really enjoy my apartment. It is a perfect size, repairs if needed are done quickly and the grounds are maintained beautifully. I recommend to anyone who wants to live in a nice, quiet home. Love my apartment!
