So far we got a great one. It's a great new home to stay. Great admin specially Ms Ashleigh. Very responsive maintenance and also addressed concerns properly. We are hoping to stay more years here. I recommend this place.

    Disappointed

    I saw a review posted yesterday and I 100% agree. I submitted a maintenance request within the last few weeks because since the ice storm and our power being out for a week… a few of our kitchen outlets don’t work anymore. I submitted the request and never heard anything until I got an email saying the maintenance request had been fulfilled. Maintenance didn’t leave a not and they didn’t fix the problem and they never communicated what was wrong or anything. If it wasn’t for our ring doorbell, we wouldn’t have known that they were even in our apartment. TODAY maintenance came without a warning after our maintenance submission had already been ‘closed’ and left a note stating they had been in the home….. nothing further. On top of this in building 1- trash bags have been left in the hallway for multiple days. There is trash outside on the grass and what used to be flower beds. The dog poop bag station is never stalked with poop bags and people keep putting personal trash in the trash can. Not to even mention that the parking situation is outrageous, my car has been hit and scratched multiple times because of how close the parking spots are. There are NO cameras on the parking lot so nobody is ever held accountable. The smoke and weed smell is insane and no one does anything about it. We resigned our lease before management switched and if we would have had the option to renew after the management change we would have left…. Something needs to change , for what we pay in rent we put up with a lot!!!

        The community is good, but parking seems like it was an afterthought. Spaces are too short and narrow and there aren't enough spaces for each complex. Members of the townhouses near the complex are parking in our spaces as well. Another issue is cleanliness. Some residents don't pick up after themselves when taking out trash and the stairs have trash on them.

          This has been a great place to live and I love the high ceilings and space in my one bedroom apartment. It's just large enough to be cozy and lots of storage space; it doesn't feel cramped at all in a one bedroom unit.
