I love living at Crest at Burkitt. The staff is so supportive and my neighbors are friendly. My only complaint would be the loud noises from above me. There has been times my pictures literally fell off the walls from the stomping, jumping or whatever the case may be. Other than that it's a great place to live.

I moved to Crest at Burkitt Ridge last September. Brittany, the leasing agent, is so helpful, responsive, and friendly. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and always completes work requests the day I enter them and with quality and respect for my space. The view I have from my patio is breathtaking! The community is quiet, clean, and safe. I highly recommend living at Crest at Burkitt Ridge.

I will say so far I have enjoyed my time at this apartment complex, the amenities are nice and clean, and maintenance is on top of any problems you may have. The only negatives I have to say are the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbors it's not very pleasant, you can hear footsteps, cabinets closing, etc from all directions. Along with that, the parking has been a bit of a problem as the occupancy increases since vacant units are being occupied? sometimes you are parking a few buildings down and having to walk. I'm not sure if it's due to guests or more people occupying units than there should be. Lastly, our building has had electric issues where the power has gone out while no other buildings experience this problem during heavy rainstorms, snow storms etc. However, other than that it's been very nice living here.

Leasing office staff can be incredibly rude if you push them in the wrong direction or if they feel they're being pushed in a certain direction. Elevator has been down often. There are a lot of bugs and the hallway are dirty.

Needed new light bulbs

I went in on Friday and told Brittany I needed light bulbs on Monday and they would handle it no problem I completely forgot about it when I got back there was a service request form on my table and I had to light bulbs they're the best

Crest at Burkitt Ridge is located in a nice area and the neighborhood is quite. I also appreciate that is is conveniently located between Nashville and Synmra and the apartments grounds are well maintained.

Great Community,close to Resturants,shopping. 5 minutes to I24,10 minutes to I65. Staff is always friendly ,courtious and very professional. Brittany Barnes was so very helpful in my transition from Fl, back to Tn. Moved back to Crest@ Burkitt Ridge as I lived here for 2 yrs before moving to Fl.Such a great area to live .

Great property!

This is a beautiful property with great amenities! The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I toured a townhome and loved it. The size of the bedrooms and kitchen were great. I look forward to living here soon!

Underwhelming

I was really looking forward to touring this property and hopefully calling it my new home. I loved the property itself and all it has to offer. The location is great and the units are beautiful. Unfortunately the tour i went on was very "underwhelming". The consultant that took me on the tour did not sell me on it. In fact I don't think she even tried. Being the extrovert person I am, I tried my hardest to have a conversation with them and get more details on the place, but she wasn't having it. She answered all my questions with just a couple words. She didn't really give me a tour, she really just opened the door and sat in the corner while I walked around trying to ask her questions. After much effort, I gave up. She seemed like she had no interest in selling me on a unit and making a lease. I am still interested in the property (no thanks to her) and will probably come back again when I get closer to the end of my lease. Hopefully by that time she will be more drivin to make a lease. In conclusion, amazing property, very poor customer service.

No heat

The maintenance team came immediately to repair my a/c unit. They were very nice and apologetic about the situation. They even offered me a space heater until the issue was resolved. I am grateful for the amazing team.

Been Here a Month and It’s Already Home!

I relocated here for work and the office staff made sure to make it such an easy process. Josh and Chance answered any questions I had and sent me videos and pictures of the apartment since I was not able to come in person before moving. Once I got here I was not disappointed! Any minor leftover construction items the maintenance man Jeremy has come immediately to fix. The customer service has been wonderful. I am looking forward to the construction completion with the restaurants and fitness coming up front. I feel like I’ve found my forever home here and could not be happier!

Love it here!

I've been living here for almost two months. The office team (Josh and Chance) was so helpful during my application and move in process. There were a couple things left to work on from construction as I expected with these being brand new. Jeremy with maintenance jumped right in to get them knocked out for me. The entire team makes sure to treat you as a friend and person not just a renter. I am looking forward to the pool being opened and the events they will have. I was able to go to the wine night and meet some of my neighbors. They are some of the nicest people. I was able to make genuine connections and hopefully friends! It has made my move from out of state a lot easier. I could not be happier with my decision to move to Crest!
