Review

I have been living at the Villas East for a month now. Everything has been going fine so far. Gabby was my leasing specialist and she was so sweet and relatable! I plan to began exploring some of the amenities offered. The maintenance team does a good job. I have only put in minor requests and they are usually completed by the next day. My only suggestion for them is to please inform us before entering the apartments. I, unfortunately, was woken up by the team trying to open my door after the privacy lock was put in place and I had to work that evening. That is just a suggestion of being courteous. Overall, I love my apartment and attached garage.

It's a quiet community they keep it clean everyone is nice when you need something done they get right to it. I haven't heard of no break ins a they care about all their tenants a they have food trucks from time to time.

Rent went up the flex portal to pay goes down then you have to pay a few extra hundred for it being late. Can't get no one on the phone most times, In lease it doesn't say they add insurance if you don't update yours they just add anyway and it be the highest insurance they have. It's supposed to be luxury but you paying all this money and have to find parking at night when you get home that's dangerous. Oh and I was in another country and they pulled my car cause the tags was out.

Community is very desirable! The price of the units are ridiculous. Should be more affordable especially it being a two bedroom apartment. It's literally the price of a house. The units should be exactly like the model that's what I fell in love with.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The community itself is very quiet. I have some friendly neighbors that I met when I first moved in. When the gates breaks the managers will notify the community and will keep updating the community until it's fix.

Apartments are outdated and not worth the rent charged. Entrance/Exit gates are always broken, so if you're looking for safety, it's not here. It's generally quiet. Pool isn't cleaned enough in the summer based on usage.

I love the make ready just some important issues have not been taken care of. The office staff is awesome. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I think this is my forever home the manager Christy is an awesome manager the office is always clean and smell very good. The agents look great. The move in basket was so helpful. The grounds are well kept because of issues I need addressed does no mean maintenance is not good they may not have parts or sub contractors. The promotions such is muffins and mamos was a great idea looking forward to the opportunity to be apart of all the infestation.

My experience at this community has been satisfactory overall. They do what is in their budget to maintain and do improvements. The gates need to be trashed, they are out of order quite a bit, they are not timed correctly I have counted up to 5 cars going through before they close, and they don't have back up arms any more (have been told by previous management they don't want to damage cars if they try to run the gate). The number of tenants with loud cars racing through the property has increased. Landscaping could be improved.

I have had no issues and receive nothing but respect and politeness from Abagail and her staff. When a maintenance ticket was submitted the maintenance team addressed in a timely fashion. I had to use them once on the weekend when. I locked myself out and they were very quick to respond.
