Very nice apartment complex, great amenities with good quality appliances, and friendly staff. Although hard to get in contact with the staff through email, phone, or the app. Other than that, has been great living here so far.

The approval process was very accommodating, the community here is very quiet and pleasant, the staff here is very friendly and accessible, I had an issue that required maintenance to resolve it, and they took care of it that day after hours, which was great

Amazing Building and Team

I love living here. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates a quality and luxury feel. The team at Ellison are so kind and thoughtful. The events they throw for the residents are always so well planned and they really make you feel at home. I could not be happier living here, I absolutely love it.

The onsite management team is phenomenal. They are very responsive and so helpful. That is rare with multifamily properties. My online complaint is that I leased a top floor unit because I didn't want to hear neighbors above me. However, I am able to hear neighbors below me, and it causes my apartment to shake. I can hear them walking (which is very hard walking), hear all kinds of thumping noises, and can even hear when voices are raised and loud laughter. This is an issue particularly at night when I am trying to sleep. The floors and walls are very thin.
