Great apartment, including stainless steel appliances, wood floors, private porch, and ample parking. Lease agents were very helpful and friendly. Pool area has grills, a fire pit, hot tub. Open year round. Maintenance was performed timely. Highly recommend the Venue. Will miss living here.

I can't recommend this place enough. I had visited 7 complexes before so stopped in and met miss Kristine at the venue in cool springs. I was blown away at how awesome and helpful the staff was whichc was very important to me. The last thing I want to do is feel like I'm joining a community whims employees all hate their job. This is a direct reflection of the management team and since my stay here they have exceeded my expectations. I don't have the time to continue on about the amazing amenities and access to space for your puppies to play and walk. If I could give my experience 11/10 stars I would.

Very nice and quiet community. People living here are very nice and the maintenance staff responds quickly. Great apartments and value. Location is also very nice as it's quick to grocery stores as well as interstate access.

Just great - maintenance is now doing a great job ; grounds are well kept and beautiful-convenient to medical offices and hospitals - I am in a wheelchair and the apartment has amenities that aid my living as a handicapped person ! Also nearby to shopping and malls where everything from dining to all types of vendors are available if required!

The community is nice, but they don't come as quickly as they should. You see maintenance drive around instead of coming to fix your things. Also, the cost of living here is way too high considering what comes with it. I live in a 2 bedroom and it's still small however, rent jumps during a pandemic!

Well maintained, perfectly located in an upscale-ish suburb of Nashville. The maintenance team, management team everyone had been great for us. This is the best choice we made when first moved to Nashville. Always recommend Venue any day.

Maintenance staff is wonderful. They know their work well and are polite and friendly. Work orders resolved on time. Good appliances provided on the home and it's in a decent condition. However, leasing staff and management experience of not good. Difficult to get a timely response and rude staff.

If I could give a ranking of zero stars I would. Don't move here. You can hear everything your neighbors do and say. Like they are in the room with you. That's how poorly it's insulated. The leasing office is unwilling to talk to neighbors about how loudly they play their music or tv. They recommend that instead residents call the police on each other. When I tried to break my lease because of the deplorable situation they were going to require a 60 day notice and then to pay an additional 2 months of rent. Worst experience I've ever had!

I like the apartments because it's well maintained & it has higher ceilings than most.. I like the crown molding, the new appliances & the granite counter tops. I love the hardwood floors and the washer and dryer in my unit. It is quite & peaceful here and the management team does a great job.

Great location and great staff. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. Noise was a big issue at my old apartment in this complex. The new apartment is much better. Parking is a bit of a problem in some locations.

Love the community and office staff. Only complaint is all the dog poop that piles up by my building. I'm in building 14 and it smells really bad. Other than that I love all the walking trails around the community.

I called to make an appointment for a tour and was told they were “wide open” that afternoon so I took the first appointment at one o’clock. When I arrived, there were two people sitting together behind a blocked off area in the club house, still eating their lunch. No one was prepared for our arrival, so another person who haired to come along took our information, then sent us on our way to tour two apartments on our own. Although the landscaping is beautiful, the apartments are old and dirty. Their overly-cautious COVID regulations spoke volumes as in, “we can go here/there, use this/that, but you can’t”; just like so many companies who are using COVID as an excuse for poor service. We returned to get our ID, drove up the street, and found a beautiful apartment that the lease consultant showed us at the Cameron.

Nice community, Very well managed community. The staffs are very cooperative and respectful. Maintenance is awesome too. Everything is nearby this place. The only cons is the high rental rate which is understandable because of location. Amenities are excellent too.
