Just great - maintenance is now doing a great job ; grounds are well kept and beautiful-convenient to medical offices and hospitals - I am in a wheelchair and the apartment has amenities that aid my living as a handicapped person ! Also nearby to shopping and malls where everything from dining to all types of vendors are available if required!

Nashville-TN-MSA

This residents are very good and kind to us so we have been enjoyed such a happy and comfortable life here. The place is very peaceful and quiet. The problem is traffic. The street are very limited so we have a trouble of traffic occasionally.

GREAT COMMUNITY.  STAFF IS GREAT!!! LOVE IT HERE.  We moved here from Missouri unsure of what it would be like.  We love the people and the area.  The Venue at Cool Springs made the transition to Franklin much easier for us.

This is a wonderful complex with many community activities and an excellent maintenance staff.  There are many walking trails and is in close proximity to parks and other walking areas.  This location is close to everything, yet there is no road noise.

very clean community with a lot of greenery and a nice trail within the community. The apartments are very spacious and well designed. The maintenance team is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues.

Some early in the morning there are lots of car noises from random places to wake me up in the middle of my sleep. I installed noise reduction curtains but didn't help much. Car wash area could be maintained better

Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, doctors, hospitals, mall, grocery. Great green space around property. Plenty of sidewalks and trails for walk, hiking and biking. Well maintained pool, nice gym, clubhouse. Parking is always available, unassigned. Nice size units, storage in unit and extra storage available. Quiet community.

Very good and well maintained. Very good amenities and the conditions of apartments is very good. Very good neighborhood. The stores are close by and the location of the community is very good. The leasing office staff is very friendly.

Very comfortable apartment. The club house is a very nice place for friends visiting. Staffs here are very nice and helpful. This community is close to everywhere in Cool spring area and only few hundreds meters to highway I-65

Nice community,  Very well managed community. The staffs are very cooperative and respectful. Maintenance is awesome too. Everything is nearby this place. The only cons is the high rental rate which is understandable because of location. Amenities are excellent too.

Nice apts but advertised price does not reflect all the fees that are added on. There was an enormous rate increase when I renewed -$250+- which I thought was excessive. You pay for the zip code. Good points are very large closet in bedroom, nice kitchen.

The Venue is conveniently located to getting anywhere in the Nashville/Williamson Country area and yet has enough scenic surroundings to make one feel at home.  The Maintence staff is always available and the office staff has always handled any issue with kindness and concern.

This has been my best rental experience so far. The location is excellent. It's close enough to stores like Walmart, restaurants, hikes, and fun places to go like Nashville and Franklin, but removed enough that it feels sheltered and private. The property is absolutely beautiful all year, from white cherry blossoms in the spring to radiant colors in the fall. The management has been kind, courteous, and very quick to respond to questions or maintenance needs. I love the layout of the apartment; plenty of space, up-to-date appliances, and everything somewhere that makes sense. Lots of natural light, places to walk, feels very safe, and it's easy to park and get in and out of. This is a good place.

Overall it's been good. Neighbors. Maintenance. Location. Layout and price. Front office has been a problem 
occasionally. I love the location and design of my space and most residents agree. Services like pool and gym are great. Grounds look great except snow removal was absent.
