The owners/management nickel & dime you for everything here. If you're charging your car it's expensive, monthly fees are expensive, if you want anything additional like storage it's expensive... If you have a dog have your own bags on you at all times! They placed too few dog stations & the ones they did give us are hidden where you have to walk through mud or pee-soiled grass to get to it - very inconvenient. Package system is a mess. Other than those things the location is great, the back yard space is nice to have (dog park is too tiny though), pool & clubhouse are well done. Units were built a little cheap & quickly but not the end of the world.

6 out of 10. We have had 2 issues, 1 of them consisting of money due when were weren't even moved into the apartment yet. Blindsided by an electic bill of all things when we didnt even take up residency of the apartment.

This place is great. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the neighbors are friendly too, and the location can't be beat. My only criticism is that there's a lot of trash and dog droppings around, and some extra attention to general cleanup would be valued and appreciated.

Very pleased. Great location and personnel are very informed and helpful. Mail room can be annoying but that is probably the delivery employees fault. It can be frustrating having to search for a package.

My husband and I love Vintage Franklin Apartments! It's a beautiful contemporary apartment complex. I'm a walker, so I love the walking trail, gym and beautiful pool here. It's so relaxing! Since I am from California, the nightly evening walks this summer felt magical seeing all the fireflies. I had never seen them before. The property is very clean, feels very safe, and the location can't be beat. It's close to everything and I love it! The management team has been very helpful (Zach and Tarae), and the maintenance crew responds right away if you have an issue and are great also! They also offer wine, beer, and various coffees at your disposal in the common area. I'm retired now, haven't lived in an apartment since my college days, and I still own a home in CA. But I'm embracing this apt. living and the ease that it offers while exploring beautiful Tennessee!

Nice modern complex. As always some issues but so far nothing major. Great office and maintenance staff. Pet friendly at the cost of some not so good pet parents who need to take better care of their furbabies.
