Today I saw a slip placed in front of my door. It says payment is due and if not paid today eviction notice will be issue by lawyer. When I have inquired they said I have a pending amount of 8$ for electricity. I was very scared to see eviction notice for just due of 8$. They have neither emailed nor mailed me for this outstanding 8$ payment but they claim they sent letters which I did not received it. Fortunately i saw the slip today, had if I unnoticed the slip or out of town, I would have been in very bad situation. I am very very upset the way they treating the tenants for just 8$ outstanding payment.
