My experience had been very positive. I even renewed my lease. The only complaint I have is being told that not having hot water in my apartment with a newborn and todler on a Saturday evening at the end of November is not an emergency and would have to wait till Monday. The situation came out wonderfully and I had hot water by Sunday morning. The leasing agent is kind of new but showed very little understanding and never called me back. I called the emergency line and it was fixed quickly.
