For the most part everything has been great! Great location, great apartment. They're normally pretty quick to get any type of maintenance done when it's needed. Friendly staff as well. This is the longest I've stayed at one complex, so I would definitely recommend!

Several of our things have broken and it took months to get it fixed. We went two months with no A/C and it being 80 degrees in our apartment. They charged us extra on rent for electricity for giving us a portable A/C unit that barely worked. I was told before signing the lease that one bedroom apartment do not get washer/dryer hookups and I have had friends since move in and have said hookups in a one bedroom with much nicer things inside. My oven is falling a part and has been since I moved in and same with my fridge. Very, very disappointed with this apartment and not loving the extra stress that comes with it because I'm pregnant.

The apartment complex is always kept clean. The maintance workers make sure to complete everything timely. The apartments are super spacious. The pool is always clean. I have had zero complaints since I have moved in.

Maintenance is awful. My apartment needs several things fixed not just painted over. I've been dealing with water oasis for 2 years. I was told I was not able to move to another unit because they only do 2 transfers a year. Office staff can't keep up with everything going on the community. Smell of marijuana is all through the complex. People don't pick up after their own dogs. Price is high for not a lot of amenities. I have seeked legal council to help me with my tenant's rights.

The apartments are spacious and well maintained. They could use some updates, but overall they are great. The management is constantly looking for ways to improve. The pool and tennis courts are well kept.

It was a pleasant experience to live there, the staff was very friendly & helpful, also very nice residents whom I got blessed to cross paths with while I was at my lowest situation in my life but the good vibes of the whole complex with the gym, pool, tennis court & even the laundry room were a positive influence to the social profiling & professional oppression I was facing. I hope I can get help connecting me back with my veteran neighbor Christian "DJ. MachineCH" who lives right in front of the dog park lower floor apartment with his -------- woman.

The community in itself is decent. The office staff seems not to care or put a bandaid on things. I have a mouse in my apartment and all that was done was given glue traps that do not work and nothing has been done to figure out how they've gotten in. They eat my food and I'm basically stuck living with a disgusting rodent in my apartment. There are many other things wrong, for example the dishwasher was supposed to be replaced and it hasn't been yet after two months of waiting. There was a huge roach infestation that I've had to take care of myself. There are leaks constantly height the ceiling inside the apartment and there is now way this apartment can be considered habitable by the health department

People all the time naked in the windows people smoking pot and other stuff in the windows people leaving trash in breezeway people still smoking in breezeway after you sent email out people damaging people rides people parking illegal drug deals happen in parking lot people having sex in the parking lot this place not safe shootings happening people let dogs and cats roam around and don't pick up the poop sent multiple emails to you what apartment breaking the lease you haven't done anything about it are you part of the criminals activity I'm going to corporate next time and tell them the people you have in the office not doing job I can do better job working in office vs you

Sucks

It's against the laws to record people without knowledgeable. Ring cameras are disrespectful. People doing drugs inside apartments. Not just weed. They doing meth, cocaine, and by 200 building they are doing drugs deals and people are having sex in their cars, leaving drugs and condoms in parking lots. People are flying up the hill. You going have law suit on your hands soon. Fix it now or my lawyer be contacting you.

Stinks

People sleeping in the car. People doing drugs inside apartments and in cars. Kids running around all hours. People fighting outside all hours. Dead rats throughout. Dog ---- everywhere. Dogs running loose all hours. People parking illegally and they not handicap and parking in handicap.

This place is not worth the money! People leave trash all in the parking lot! People do drug deals in the parking lot! People leave needles! People leave used condoms in parking lot! HEATHER IS THE NEW MANAGER AND SHE'S OUTSTANDING. I LOVE CHATTING WITH HER AND SHE MAKES LIVING HERE A PLEASURE. THEY ARE WORKING ON GETTING THINGS DONE THAT HAVE TO BE DONE TO UPGRADE. IT'S COMING ALONG REALLY WELL AND I HOPE IT CONTINUES.

The gift that keeps on giving (not in a good way)

On top of everything else that took place, they ended up putting a judgment on my wife's paycheck even though the payments were being made on time. Even when the last payment was made, they left it unchecked and now, years later it showed up on the title to our house which caused chaos during our refi! As with everything else associated with the end of our time and Northtown Village, they just don't care! I have told countless people about our dreadful experience with these people and will continue to tell anyone that will listen. What they did was wrong.

Do not live here!! People do not know how to obey the rules here. They have NO DRUGS policy. But yet they have people here doing drugs and if you complain to the office about it. They do nothing. Does not surprise me if they do drugs with them. There are cops that lives here and they do NOTHING. It is like okay if ONE obey the rules. THEY ALL HAVE TOO. Been few times the neighbors are LOUD after the quite hours start. And again the landlord do nothing.

Great staff and maintenance is on top of everything!! I have never been happier!!! The neighbors are extremely nice!! Would definitely recommend! Grounds are kept up beautifully as is the pool area! So close to all stores, restaurants and the mall!

Hoodlums constantly breaking in to cars rifling through looking for something in them. maintenance never fixed our dishwasher just comes by starts it and left. they did replace the balconies with sturdy ones but have not painted them. just this month they removed giant bushes from walkway next to a narrow road on building 700. the new guy in the office is waaay better than the snooty women who was there before really cool guy.ONLY COMCAST AVAILABLE!! From what they told me it is not worth the money to get epb installed here and they have a contract with a guy that does all the comcast installs.

I have been here for over a month, and although I'm sure my opinion could change, I am very satisfied! The Assistant Manager and new General Manager have been very friendly and professional. The Assistant, has been excellent from the property viewing to my move-in and has addressed any concerns or questions I had. When I did my inspection before I moved in, I listed EVERYTHING that I could find that I thought needed correction. The maintenance guys took care of ALL of them, which provided me with a very positive impression. The pool and pool area has been well maintained, as are the grounds. Laundry room sufficient and exercise room is fine. So far, never had to wait to do my laundry or to workout. Super convenient to shopping, convenience stores, and dining. Noise hasn't been a problem; neither has parking. However, my apartment is located in the back of the complex; don't know about other locations. Keep up the great job!

i lived here for 3 years now and for the past 20 months the washer dryer combo has not worked properly..i tell them constantly, but it just dont get fixed..the security doors havent worked since i moved in..my kitchen sink was plugged up and it took them 10 days to come over and fix it, then the next day i was running water and the water was leaking out the pipes and flooded my cabinets and water was all over my kitchen floor...I had cold water in my shower for 6 monhs not exagerating 6 months to fix it..theres supposed to be a filter in 1 of my vents and when i went to go check it , it was not even there..i could write another paragraph of stuff but ill just end with this:BEFORE YOU SIGN A LEASE HERE MAKE SURE TO HAVE A LAWYER LOOK IT OVER..

I have lived at Northtowne for a year now and LOVE it! Northtowne is very convenient to everything in Hixson. I love the location. I love my two bedroom apartment. My neighbors are awesome. Sure, I hear a little noise from my neighbors but what apartment complex don't you hear a little noise? They have plenty of parking spots and I feel very safe walking to and from my apartment at night. I think the office staff is great! My maintenance requests always get done in a timely matter. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!

I lived at Northtowm village for about 2I lived in Northtown village for about 2 years. If you're looking for a safe place to live Northtown village is not the place. My car was broken into twice, gas was stolen. My neighbor was walking her dog when she was attacked by a man who drugged her in the woods and thank goodness she escaped, when she tell management they acted like it was no big deal and acted like they could care less. There's no security cameras the police are always there. Departments are dated an old, and I go up every year ungodly I started out at 596 and within 2 years I was up to almost $700 for a one bedroom apartment. Management management put on a good front when you first sign your lease what are no help to you when you have problems almost to the point to the point of being rude. So if you're looking for a safe environment for your family to live Northtown village is not the place to move!
