1st year here was good and than it went south really fast I had to pay for a heating technician to come out and fix our unit because management at time wouldn't do said it take 6 days to get someone out here and i had someone here in about 2 and half hours and management wouldn't reimburse me for what the cost was not a penny of it I'm saying and the loud thumping music of gangster and Mexican bebop blaring all hours of night i could put more but I'm running out of space you asked i tell thank you

The community in general Is quiet, depends on who your upstairs neighbors are. the upkeep and grounds work of the apartment complex is well kept and not messy. I am unaware of any safety practices for our community as I frequently see homeless people roaming. very close to downtown which makes for easy accessibility to entertainment and general store needs. Maintenance team is great and timely. we were told, however, that exterminators were coming and they never showed up, on going bug problem. front desk staff is rude.

3bd apartment was not move-in ready. Upper windows were dirty and missing blinds, but in every other apartment around us had them. They gave us an excuse that insurance didn't cover maintenance going up that high, but they brought in a two man ladder to fix the high fan that was noisy. I had to clean and deodorize the downstairs bedroom carpets 2x. They were so dirty and smelled of urine. Garbage disposal was dirty and rusty. Cleaned myself. No towel racks in lower bathroom. Mold in showers, and it was obvious they caulked over previous mold as it began to show through. Had to remove old caulk and apply new. Upper floor creaks loudly all over. Paint over spray on fixtures all over apartment. Kitchen light dirty and stained. Complex dark at night with poor lighting. Does not feel safe for area.

The community is nice. It's mostly a quiet place. The maintenance team could be more responsive. The outsourced trash pickup crew is less than desirable, especially given the price of them. I wish there was a better way to get packages after work hours.

The office staff has always been extremely helpful and kind. Where my apartment is it's very quiet. The only complaint I would have is the trash service. I don't need it at all. I feel that the resident should be able to sign up for it instead of it being mandatory.

These apartments are overpriced and severely outdated. I found black mold in the bathroom and the closet. My toilet seems to have rotten flooring under it and moves. Our drawers in cabinets don't work properly. The cabinetry is warped and chipped in the bathrooms and kitchen. The carpet is old and worn out. There are pests even after paying for pest control. The water doesn't stay warm long for showers.

I really like the rent rate as compared to other communities, and the size of my unit. What needs to improve is the valet trash, which we pay and get very little service. Maintenance doesn't seem to do any preventive or Improvement, many outdoor lighting stay on night and day for years just because nobody's fixes. Dead trees are never removed until months after laying on the ground.

Living here has been awful. Everything is over priced and appliances are out dated for the price of rent. The walls literally crumbles when you touch them. Office staff is rude and it takes forever for Maintenance to to complete a work order, and they just put a band-aid on everything instead of actually fixing the problem.

I like the overall apartment. There needs to be a few updates such as appliances and making sure they are working properly. Also the time and effort the cleaners and craftsman put into the units. I feel that they threw together a lot of things and it is apparent in the unit with things like the bottoms of the walls, carpet edges, and how they "repaired" the drawers. The biggest issue I have is people parking in handicapped spots as well as in the road. That should not be happening, and they should be towed.

Pretty awful experience, apartment had other people's clothes still in it when I moved in. It smelled terrible and the carpets were dirty. Almost all blinds in the house are damaged and the widow seals are chipped or have paint peeling off

Thefts are a problem. In three years, had a gun stolen out of my truck and a motorcycle stolen. They need cameras here. Back gate stays closed and not sure why since it would be convenient and cut down on getting lost in the complex and save gas and suspension parts on your car from the potholes. Maintenance responds to issues fairly quickly enough to be satisfactory. We had 8 inches of snow in a day this past winter and people were imprisoned in their units for a week because NO driveway prep or treatment such as a snow plow had occurred despite the substantial rent revenue of a complex this size. Value could be better with a lower rent. Property has lots of mature shady trees. C+

Very simple, quick, and renter friendly move in process with friendly front office staff. The bad, maintenance on the grounds is in need of help. Volleyball court is full of weeds, lawn care often gets overgrown between mows, and the pools are a struggle. Valet trash service is a joke, just and extra non disclosed amount of a hidden fee.

Horrible Property Manager

The property manager ------ is easily the worst human being I have ever met in my time here. I’ve lived here since 2015 and the place gets progressively worse. They had a B rating when I first moved here. Now they are a certified F. An F before even writing this post. But ------ thinks she can intimidate people and talk them any kind of way she chooses. Luckily, the leasing contract prevents me from having a few choice words with her. She called my phone once and asked me to move my car some work could get done. Rightfully so, I inquired on how she knows that car is attached to this phone number. She got attitude about it. She said it was “on file”. I said that’s cute, but I never put it on file. She got mad again. I said, I just got that car. She said, no you didn’t, you’ve had it for a long time. That’s sketch. How do you know that, and what’s your problem? That’s what Im thinking in my head. She’s trash. This place is trash. Simple as that. Don’t believe me, read the rest of the reviews.

So everything was great until… I signed a 1 year lease and my 1 year was up and they “extended” my lease without permission and tried to charge me for 3 extra months. Then the maintenance is horrible there my wall outlets in my kitchen did not work the whole year I lived there. Another thing is the maintenance man put a water heater up stairs and it leaked all down below leaving my apartment in mold (for months) and they are trying to force me to pay $3200 because of his mistake. They Will NOT FIX ANYTHING IN THE Apartment… DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Staff and maintenance was horrible!!!! DO NOT RENT apartment number 2501!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL. If you can find a different apartment complex and afford it then do it. This place is awful. Maintenance requests take forever and at one point I had to file a complaint to the city because of how long it took ( the request was simply to fix a door). The complex will nickel and dime you any chance they get while also increasing rent. They won't work with you at all.

Do not rent!! CATHY at the front desk is no help and unprofessional. Will tell you she is going to fix the problem herself but does nothing. We have had mold growing in are apartment and she sends a person to bring a hammer and chisel and just rip up the bathroom. He told me he would be back to finish it and never show up.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! The new company that took over has really run this place into the ground and Don’t care. They never deliver on what they say they’ll do and treat you like a ignorant fool for having a legitimate complaint. The units are out dated even if they are “newly renovated”, mold is a big issue, they charge you for a trash service no one wanted, cars are constantly broken into, they charge you hidden fees they don’t disclose when signing the lease, they never answer the phones when their in the office, the new manager has no people skills at all and no personal connection (only cares about their bottom line), and the price they charge for these apartments could get you a nicer place somewhere else. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Got incorrect information from leasing agent before visit - prices, etc. did not match reality. Agents did NOT wear face masks - we did not feel safe or respected. They seemed overworked and not inclined to help with any sense of urgency.

This property has bed bugs!! Found them on day 2 of move-in. Immediately told staff. They said they sent "someone" out to check and that they didn't find any. Later that day I showed them the actual bugs. They eventually sent some shady guy out to spray. There continued to be several bugs every day since he sprayed, and they refused to re-treat or doing anything about it at all. In a conversation, management actually acknowledged that there was no procedure in place for checking apartments for bed bugs. They then ignored me for a month and I finally left. Please read something about bed bugs before considering moving here! They are extremely difficult to get rid of and they travel on clothing! The photo below was taken inside the apartment!
