The leasing staff are brilliant, kind and incredibly helpful. I was very pleased with how quickly they got me approved. I have a great apartment that's newly renovated and close to all the community amenities. It's a very quiet community. It's clean, safe and I stoked to live here.

I love this community. It's quiet, very clean, and all the amenities work. The staff is awesome. I've never had a problem with getting anything done (maintenance) since I've been here. The few maintenance issues that I have had were rectified within 24 hours. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The grounds are maintained well. Swimming pool is always clean. Neighbors are quiet. Office staff is always helpful. Shopping and entertainment nearby. a good place to live.

the only problem i have with my apartment, is that the people who reside above me have No consideration for myself. They don't realize how heavy they walk and constantly up at all hours of the night, Dropping stuff n it's not soft drops, It's Loud!

It is a spacious complex with kind neighbors. It is in a safe, convenient area for me at a good price. There is a lot of parking and the amenities are nice. I also feel that my apartment has a good amount of space and in decent condition. However, I wish there were lighting fixtures in the living room area. There are also visible painting errors and paint caked into several spots on my carpet. There were also a few things to be fixed upon move-in, including drawers that have not been fixed. In addition, the office staff was not very communicative throughout the process of signing. They were lovely when I was actually able to get in touch with them, but I had to go visit in-person in almost all instances. Part of this was staffing issues, which I hope will be resolved soon.

So far the community has been great! I really enjoy the nice environment. Great neighborhood, neighbors and management staff. Area is close to a variety of shopping centers, schools and churches. It's fantastic!

I had to move to Memphis from out of state. Normally this would be a difficult task, but the incredible office team worked to create the easiest experience moving into my new home. Months later, when I had truly felt like this was my home, I decided I needed more space. Fortunately, the incredible office staff once again amazed me with their assistance in transferring to a larger unit. If you've ever wanted to live in a community run by a team entirely made up of MVP's, this is the community to pick.

Quiet community. No issues. Love my neighbors. Easy to communicate with leasing office and maintenance staff. I feel safe walking my dog in the evening time and early morning hours. Lovely pool area. Nice little gym with adequate equipment. Overall a nice place to live in close proximity to lots of things !

We don't know... maybe they just need MORE assistance or better accountability with maintaining the property so they can get around to all of them in a timely manner. It seems reasonable to think that if the units were systematically UPDATED, there would not be as many maintenance issues pertaining to OLD appliances, cabinetry, stairways, carpeting, etc???? No one allows their personal home to look (or remain) in a similar state of disrepair as some of the units at this property ??

It's an excellent community and the staff at Kirby Station are very friendly and courteous. It's a clean, well-lit neighborhood in a good part of town with a lot of food options and convenient grocery shopping options. We were disappointed they fell to such high rent inflations this year and will not be able to afford it anymore but we enjoyed the neighborhood while we were here.

I love the where it is located. It is quiet and kept clean. The neighbors have been great so far. I would like to see a patrol guard at night. There are cameras, but I don't think that deters anyone.

I LIVED IN KIRBY STATION OVER 20 YEARS - I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF CHANGES OVER THE YEARS SOME VERY GOOD - THE PROPERTY IS MOSTLY VERY QUIET. I LIKE BEING CLOSE TO GROCERY SHOPPING - SINCE THE PRICE OF GAS IS OUT OF SITE - HAVE A GREAT DAY.

This has been the most expensive mistake of my life. Horrible place to live. Dirty, dated, no sense of community, neighbors are generally trashy people, rent is too high. Apartment management doesn't manage or hold tenants up to standard.

This community is quite safe, quiet, and peaceful. I enjoy the neighbors not being troublesome. I had a great Leasing Agent, Reshmee. She put life into the office. The trash is never backed up and the area is clean. The location is great (next to shops). The problems I've had are with the bugs (none after the 3rd spraying), lack of recreation (a pool and the gym are not operable), the smell of manure when they landscape, the early timed for machines doing yard work, all the additional costs added to the base rent (water, cable, internet, community fee--when a pool and gym are not in use), and the bad customer service on the phone when asking questions.

I moved Kirby Station Apartment couple of days back. Everything is good and we have very good and clean apartment. Very good community and friendly staff member. The only concern I have is they should have flexible lease breakage policy. I was in Ohio and there was having very good lease policy. Please reach out to me if wants in details.

Nice little community, lots of trees, lots of dogs, lots of parking, the drainage could use a little work, but thats the price we pay for living on this earth, sometimes things aren't perfect, like this 200 character limit

I really like it, it's quiet, it's clean, and it's not far from most of the main attractions. It's close to the expressway so I can get anywhere really quickly. My only issue is that the rent is way too expensive for the amount of space you get.

Pretty good experience so far, apartment kept getting moved back but leasing office tried their hardest. No lights so you need lamps. Security is pretty good very quiet area. Access to lots of restaurants and food places.
