A great place to live

I moved into these apartments being a little uneasy after reading the reviews. I could not have been more pleased. I think the people that complain should put their money up and go get a house because you could not have it better. It takes less than 24hrs usually to have requests addressed. I have seen bugs, two roaches, and many ants, but it is an apartment complex with hundreds of people in which you cannot attest to how clean they are. The two roaches were totally separate events, but each time, they sent pest control to my apartment the next day. The rain usually brings the ants. But with a can of raid, I fixed that problem myself. I don't want it to seem like it is perfect, but the staff is extremely nice, and everyone is usually friendly. Sometimes the parking can suck. Overall, it is probably the best apartment complex in Memphis. It is clean, safe, and quiet. It is the best location in Memphis. The ladies in the front office are always friendly and helpful. They do have community events. The equipment in the workout room is always operational. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. I could go on and on about how much I love about this complex. I would definitely recommend living here.
