I&#39;ve lived at Kirby Station for 2 1/2 years now and I couldn&#39;t be happier. The staff is very professional. I was made to feel like a welcome friend from day one. They are always polite and caring and they respond quickly and with concern to any maintenance issues. 

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is so peaceful here that it&#39;s hard to believe how convenient it is to most of Memphis. There are several good restaurants within walking distance as well as Border&#39;s Books and Kroger. Talk about saving gas! 

I have recommended Kirby Station to several friends over the last couple years without hesitation. The other reviews on here seem to mostly be from people who wanted the rules bent for them and are just mad because they weren&#39;t. They forget that they signed a legal contract that can&#39;t just be ignored when it&#39;s convenient for them. If you&#39;re looking for a great location on the border of Germantown and East Memphis&#44; check out Kirby Station. You&#39;ll be glad you did!

Clean, decent, and quiet apartments, effective maintenance, nice staff, driving home is convenient, swiming pool is pretty. The attached covered parking place is a plus. Not good comcast internet service, the it over costs compared with regular areas.

Kirby station is close to many amenities including grocery shopping gas and shopping districts.  It is also very convenient to the interstate and about 20 minutes to the airport.  I would recommend Kirby Station

I enjoy the landscaping,pool,and friendliness of staff and neighbors. I like being able to walk to grocery store,several restaurants and other busineses.The location is convenient to major roads in Memphis as well as interstate highways.

Friendly and answered when I first called. Process moved swiftly. Apartments felt safe. Good reviews posted. Close to my job without me needing the freeway. I'm excited to move in and feel safer in scary Memphis.

It is peaceful and quiet with neighbors willing to help when needed. The grounds are beautiful and maintained. Kirby Station has also accommodated my needs as a disabled resident. The bonus is the electronic door lock installed recently in all apartments by them.

The management staff have been most helpful from day one. We are especially impressed with the landscaping of the entire Kirby Station property. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending the property to my friends.

Great! Safe. Clean. Prompt reply from maintenance and office staff. Quiet. No police cars ever. Few kids. Good area near restaurants and grocer and my job. My car feel safe here unlike others in Memphis.

I've loved it so far, it is a lot safer than where I used to live, lol! My roommate and I moved here from the U of M area, and we have not heard a single gun shot. That is pretty good for Memphis. We have felt safe here, which is our #1 priority
