I really enjoy being at Kirby Station. I can honestly say that it is one of the best places I have ever lived. I lived here a few years ago, moved out of state, and then chose Kirby Station again when I returned to Memphis last year. It is in a good location for shopping, restaurants, medical care, churches, etc. I have found it to be a very quiet place to live and have not experienced any significant noise or neighbor issues. I appreciate the pet breed restriction and have observed that pet owners do keep their pets on leashes. All of the staff that I have met here are very kind and helpful and are quick to respond to maintenance requests or anything that I have need of. One thing that I do not really like is the additional monthly mandatory Comcast digital cable TV fee. Maybe this has become commonplace in apartment living, but I like to have a choice about things like this, especially since rents are so high (everywhere, not just here) and people are looking for ways to decrease their expenses. To end on a positive note, I would not hesitate to recommend Kirby Station!
