I've lived here for 3 months and so far it's been ok. These apartments are in a nice neighborhood that is centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops.
When we first moved in, the leasing office had some issues getting all our paperwork straightened out. They are friendly, but they don't seem very organized. Our minor repair/maintenance issues have been resolved quickly for the most part.
The apartment itself is in fairly good shape. The large walk-in closets are nice. One thing I don't like is the paint on the walls. It's low quality flat paint that feels gross and scratchy. I try to avoid touching the walls whenever possible.
