I've lived in a couple other places in town and had some low hopes for ever finding a place I'd like to live in Memphis. After several weeks of searching, my roommate and I came across Kirby Station and it was perfect from the start. David Grant, one of the leasing agents, is the nicest man you'll ever meet. He is so knowledgeable and helpful and has been there through every step of the application and move in process. Beth Sherman, one of the managers, is also so wonderful. I've met other staff too and they've all been just amazing. The actual apartment is in a very central, safe location and is surrounded by trees and is so, so quiet. Our unit is in perfect shape and maintenance always comes the day of or next day we put in a maintenance request. I would recommend Kirby to anyone looking for an amazing home. I LOVE it here.
