I love the location of my unit. The lawn is always nicely manicured. Parking is acceptable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only downside is having been in my unit for 6 years there are some things that need to be updated like my carpet and the dishwasher. No matter how much I clean the carpet it is still dirty looking. I think it needs to be replaced. Also the amount that I pay in rent compared to other apartments, I am not getting as much amenity-wise as I would in other apartments. Also the policy of a 60 day notice makes it very difficult to move to another condo or apartment.
