Mediocre place to live

I´ve lived in better complexes, but I know there are worse. I never really asked for much assistance with anything but the few times I did it was responded to right away. I have two issues with the place in general. One, parking is extra if you want a reserved space. And if you reserve a space it probably won´t be conviently located to your unit. I have to walk several hundred feet from my car to my door. Not fun if it´s raining or if you have groceries or heavy items to unload. Two... the prices flucuate througout the season. Higher in the summer, lower in the winter. If you sign a contract your rent never changes but you´ll notice the quality of your neighbors do. In the winter as the prices drop they let more and more questionable people move in and then they stay forever. Now all these -------- famlies have moved in and the gang symbols started showing up. Painted on the dumpsters and walls. And there´s one more thing; The laundry facilities suck. It takes a dollar to do a tiny little wash load and another dollar to dry, but since the dryers aren´t industrial sized and the vents are always clogged you often have to put more quarters in to get your clothers dry. It´s irritating and expensive.
