Needed a place to live fast and Nan and Beth were awesome and very efficient and providing me the information and facts needed to make a decision. The mandatory cable service at $45/month was the only sticking point. It is a terrible value for the money and nobody would purchase this offering on the open market. They should be embarrassed for forcing this on their residents. What a waist of money.
