I was unable to view my actual apartment until the move in date; however, the apartment was similar to another. My patio is considered the area just outside my front door. Not much of a patio or what I was expecting based on the other apartments. The apartment was clean and looking new when I moved in. Staff was super nice and friendly, easy to work and communicate with.
