The unit is very comfortable and spacious. It is very clean and well-kept. The maintenance staff has responded to every issue quickly and effectively. I saw a couple of roaches when I moved in, but they sent in the bug guys, and I have not seen one since. I am new to the Memphis area, and the apartment is in a perfect location with access to work and everything that I need.
