I've been a resident at Kirby Station since 2007 and have been overall satisfied with the community. The staff at the leasing office is always very welcoming and concerned about any issues that I experience. I will say though that, on occasion, repairs are not fully completed. For example, water damage not being repaired from an air conditioner leak. Overall very satisfied and could not ask for a better location.
