Great community at a decent price. The staff is very attentive and professional. I've had a couple minor maintenance items over the past year and they were always fixed the same day as reported. Only thing I would like is more security visibility and dead bolts on the door.

Office staff is the best in the business. My move in was flawless and all my questions and concerns were quickly answered or addressed. Neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to all that is available in East Memphis and Germantown.
