Nice location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The community is quiet and close to the highways. However, expect your rent to be raised each year and you will receive no credit or discount for staying year over year. This community seems like a revolving door with people moving out once their lease ends and the gym is a joke. My car was also broken into my first year at the complex so i fear that crime is moving this way. Sure there is a roaming security guard but, He is worthless and I have seen him sleeping in his car overnight. No issues since then but, it is still a concern. Overall, the complex is fine for my needs but, given what you get compared to other Apts in the area for the price I'm not sure I will be here much longer.
