It has been a decent experience, overall. I like the apartment and the complex is overall very nice. I feel safe during the day. However, they charge too much. I have never been billed less than $100 more than my rent I agreed to, and I pay for utilities and wifi separately. Therefore, they are profiting off your bills for no reason other than that they can get away with it.
