I love living here even with the increase in rent because I feel safe here. Staff is very approachable and kind! Love them the most! Just wish my upstairs neighbors would realize that the people below them have JOBS! Noise at all hours of the NIGHT is not appreciated ?????

The entire Staff is Exceptiional in All Aspects! Professional, Courteous, and Extremely Helpful! I am in the process of re-newing my contract even with the increase in monthly rent because I feel Safe here. I pray God keeps me that way too!

I actually lived in the exact same apartment in 2018-2019 and the rent at that time was way more AFFORDABLE, started at $800 and ended at going up to $900 but since I was moving back home to Maui I left and didn't look back. When I had to come back, this was the First place I looked but the tent had SKYROCKETED to $1350 which included cable and in my opinion, I felt like I'm paying for the construction of that MAA building that went up on Poplar the year I left! And probably Covid Reasons too But, shouldn't we as Human Beings try to HELP ONE ANOTHER and not look at life as a BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY?!? Sorry, I actually know the High cost of living being from Hawaii and I know prices went up Everywhere but is your company just a Follower? Why not be a Leader and Show other Tennesseeans that You Value and Care about us not just the money?.that's my TRUTH??????

I lived here 2 years ago and the RENT WAS WAY CHEAPER! I'm going to need to move out because it's too high for me to continue to live here. Plus my new upstairs neighbor pounds his feet, Drops stuff Late at night and drives me crazy with his inconsideration for me?

I have loved living here, but the price is too extreme for me. the staff was ALWAYS Friendly and took my needs to heart. Its too bad that the rent couldn't come down for a single person that was living from paycheck to paycheck.
