The staff is super friendly since day 1 and we have been here for two years. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests and even the smallest of issues you may experience. When it comes time to renew your lease, they are efficient and will strive to work with you if the rent increase isn't something you can feasibly handle. This last renewal the company that owns Kirby Station, MAA, wanted a $70+ increase per month. Beth at Kirby Station worked with us to get only an $11 dollar increase and arranged to have some carpet damage caused by our puppy FOR FREE. Everyone in the Kirby Station office is amazing: David, Beth, Robert, Chelsey, and all the maintenance guys rock! Always remember our names and a somewhat "destructive" puppy's name. Will stay here for a while until we are ready to buy a house. Only cons: when it rains here the sidewalks flood and not every apartment has washer dryer hookups (like ours). But that by NO MEANS is a deal breaker for this place. LOVE KIRBY STATION!
