Overall, it's been a great place to live! The location is fabulous, and the rent (while still high, in my opinion, and always increasing substantially each year) was one of the best I could find in this area. Beth, in the main office, is wonderful to work with- she does a great job of making the community feel like a home. And maintenance has always been done well when I've needed work. While I know there are safety issues everywhere, I have generally always felt safe here. The complex grounds are kept well and the pool/pool deck is really beautiful. My only big request would be for the tennis court to be fixed- it needs resurfacing terribly, to be any fun to play on!
