It has been pleasant but I really wish that I didn't come into the apartment with maintenance issues. I had gutter repairs needed, rain spouts to be provided to prevent flooding on the sidewalk, major bug problem, and my windows are covered in dirt. I will say that when I brought this to the leasing offices attention, they were action oriented, trying to get the problems fixed as soon as possible. Only problem is that I feel like I'm getting to a place where they don't have to see me as often... right at the cusp of my lease being up.
