the community in my opinion is just very laid back. i've never had issues with any person on the management staff or the residents here. everyone seems very cool and it's very easy to make friends which makes me want to stay more. There's tons of amenities things to do. my personal favorite is when they bring food trucks because i live right around the corner and they reel me in every time. very cool place we love our cozy little place and the community. only thing i will say is we have had a string of break ins recently. the first night i stayed here my gun was stolen out of my truck and a few others vehicles were broken into that night. there's been multiple break ins reported recently as well. (04/2021) BUUUTTT they just recently installed cameras and every now and then there is a security guard patrolling the area and i believe they have memphis police don't as well but i'm not 100%. so they are trying their best to accommodate and to adapt which i do appreciate. the managment team cares and they do what they need to do to keep residents happy and they actually listen to complaints.
