Overall great experience especially with my initial research of so many establishments around here and other "safer" neighborhoods. This is nestled with the safety and community of Germantown while still having the affordable price of Memphis. The location is great in terms of groceries, gym, other stores, main highway etc. My only gripe was the initial process with certain staff. Still a personal matter and from what I can see from my short time here it just must just have been a unique situation.
