My experience has been fine. Not great, not terrible. After living at my apartment for over 2 years, my unit is not holding up. Ceiling is falling off and other little things that are telling of the true quality of the unit. My apartment also smells like cigarette smoke 80% of the time, which is less than ideal. My biggest complaint of the unit is the washer and dryer. It is TINY. Can only hold 4 bath towels, and that is pushing it. However, I do enjoy the location and feel fairly safe living alone. I have not had any trouble with neighbors & the maintenance people are on top of it when I need a repair. Rent is a little high for what it is, but overall I have continued to sign my lease (mainly out of convenience).
