I've only been a part of this community for a couple of weeks, but so far so good. My neighbors are very friendly and went out of their way to introduce themselves. The ladies in the front office are very professional and welcoming. Shemika has been a pleasure to work with through the whole application and move-in process. Maintenance is on point! There were a couple of things that needed to be done after inspection and all items were completed within 24 hours and even some things maintenance found themselves and fixed. GREAT JOB! The grounds are very well manicured. It's well lit in the courtyard at night. It's a pleasant environment to be in. I'd like to thank the Kirby Station employees for all that they do! It's not easy working with the public, but everyone here does it with grace.

This is a wonderful community to live in. I absolutely love the area. The grounds are well kept. The office staff is very professional. My neighbors are great! Everyone is friendly and will give you the ins and outs of the complex. Maintenance is on-point! We had an issue the first day and 20 mins after I talked to a maintenance worker, he was at my front door and fixed my issue. I'm looking forward to my year here at Kirby Station.
