Our apartment was to be ready on August 8, 2022. They called to say it was not quite ready and could we wait until August 12,2022. We paid our deposit and rent, did a walk through and pointed out things that needed to be repaired. I explained I would be moving in on August 27,2022. When I came on the 26th nothing had been done. We lived through 2 weeks of sanding, painting, refinishing cabinets. My apartment had yet to be properly cleaned after this work was done. We are still vacuuming the dust from sanded walls. I could go on but I don't have time to continue writing.

    I lived through 2 weeks of repairs that should have been done 2 weeks before I moved in. I received emails that maintenance request have been completed but have not been done at all. Worst experience.

      Poor Maintenance service. None of the maintenance request submitted after lease signing and walk through were done before move in. Stressful living through the repairs being done. Can't unpack right now.
