I have only been at the complex for a week now and I am very dissatisfied with the condition of the unit I received. The staff was great and very flexible and helpful prior to and during move-in. However, the apartment is very outdated and well overdue for renovation. The company advertises "redesigned interior" as if it is some type of enhancement, but it's only paint that is honestly not done very well. The bathrooms are very tight and the closets are very small. They also have ridiculous policies. The late fee for rent is $132 dollars and rent must be paid on or before the first of every month. Most companies have a 5-day period for rent to be paid (1st-5th). If I had known this and the condition of the units in advance, I would not be living here. It indicates the company is money hungry and would also have explained the quality of the unit I would receive. The complex doesn't offer receipt of packages to the front office so packages are at risk for theft by being delivered at the front door especially in Memphis. The patios on the first floor are open access to anyone. There was an old grill on mine that they hadn't bothered to move prior to my move-in. There are no light fixtures in the ceilings in the living room, bedroom or storage closet. This complex claims to be luxury, but it is not. Please do not spend nearly $1500 for this place. Just pay $100-200 extra for a true luxury living experience.
