I have had a relatively positive experience living at Kirby Station. There have been a few problems- one being they illegally charged me a pet deposit even though I have an emotional support animal letter. Currently dealing with the annoyance of having the apartment above me being renovated and it causing problems in my apartment. Otherwise, maintenance responds quickly and is pleasant to work with which is great! The community and location is great. I love having the fitness center, pool, and laundry facility really close by.
