So my neighbor smokes, and I learned this on the first day I moved in; not more than an hour after signing the lease. The property had, and still has, multiple units available for me to move to, but the property agent I spoke with refused to allow me change my unit, and I have been stuck with the foul smell of carcinogens wreaking havoc on my nose and health. I was fooled when i viewed the apartment, and no one tried to rectify it. I have felt uneasy and offended about that ever since. In addition, although the property management was unable to move me to a more suitable and healthier unit, they literally harassed me the first few months with overtone of "resident care" but the undertone was "racism and are you a trustworthy rent payer". That is an offensive practice that you all should cease TODAY!!!
Secondly, my neighbor downstairs also smokes and I believe is a hoarder. I have killed innumerable roaches which according to the exterminate provide by the residence come through the drainage system and that he has yet to spray the unit below me.
Lastly, the property is literally falling apart! I haven't been here more that a year and I have had to call maintenance multiple time for fixes that could be resolved with simple investments in the property. It give the feeling of "absentee". Nothing about this property is worth $1200+ in rent, and shame on you all.
