I believe there are alot of racist people living here. If there were gangs living here you would know it. And if you want to know how welfare people live, move to North Memphis. As with parking and parties, you find that in any complex unless you move into an old folks home. Buy a house and get a life if you dont like it, or get over it you picky, nosey, annoying people!
