When I first moved in I had a very positive attitude about living in Kirby Station. The neighbors were freindly, the staff was professional, the neighborhood was generally quiet. <br> <br>Now the quality of neighbors has gone down. The people who live by me party, which in itself is fine. But they do it outside late into the night. Loud music and loud drunken conversations are the norm, even on weeknights. <br> <br>The staff is good with repairs, because there is a system of documentation that keeps track of when a work order is requested and completed. Complaints about rowdy late nights, your parking space being taken by people who don´t even live here, and other things seem to be ignored by the property manager. <br> <br>I have been told that his bonus increases with his occupancy rate and that he does not really care about any problems other than to be able to say that his place is full and the tenants pay. Beware: Kirby Station is hit or miss.
