Don´t try to break your lease!

I lived in the townhomes at Kirby Station. I will agree with the other people that there are parking and neighbor issues. There have also been a rash of break-ins recently. I liked the fact that the apartment people were very nice and helpful in the beginning, BEFORE I moved in. After you move in, things change. It´s true they are only interested in filling apartments and collecting rent. When I needed to break my rent, they were not helpful at all. I realize it is not their problem if people need to move, but they need to keep in mind that many people chose a place to live based on word of mouth. I will not be recommending these apartments to anyone I know.
