Maintenance is handled in a timely manner. The ladies that run the property are all top tier at what they do. I've had minimal to no issues since living here and have recommended these apartments to my friends that are apartment hunting!

Like all apartments in Memphis there are issues, but the Property Manager and all of the staff have been very helping and understanding. If you have any issues they welcome you through the door and try to solve them as quickly as possible. They are very transparent when it comes to staying here

It's been a pretty decent stay here so far. A bit on the pricey side of living downtown but I feel safe here in the building. I wish the streets were a bit more quiet on union ave but other than that, my neighbors are quiet for the most part and are friendly.

My experience has been okay. My neighbors leave their trash out a lot over the weekend or out on the floor with no trash can, and there is a constant odor of weed in my home. I have complained over and over about both situations, but nothing has been done. I do not feel like the garage is a safe place for our cars because I have seen a lot of car windows broken.

Overall, safest apartment I have found in the Edge, and I have enjoyed the amenities available. The work out area is great and always kept clean and up to date. There are dedicated areas for pets in the courtyard and the swimming pool and lounge areas are great.

There's not enough space for dogs. The property is really well kept and the apartments are really nice and clean. There is gym equipment that is out of order and has not been serviced in months. The staff is friendly and very responsive.

I've enjoyed living at The Rise. Because I moved here in 2020, I have appreciated living in an individual apartment with necessary amenities for me to stay at home by myself. In the years since, I've enjoyed the community amenities, such as the pool and club room.

Best Place In Memphis

The Rise is an awesome place to live. The management here is top notch. Communication is always on point and the grounds and hallways are SUPER nice and clean. I love the amenities too, the pool feels like Im at a resort. Literally cannot wait til the summer comes! I love it here!

Great apartments!

This apartment is truly one you should consider if looking for a new place to live in Memphis, the complex is pet friendly and have multiple areas when you just want to relax by the pool or at the courtyard. Security measures are great, and the staff are amazing, I have nothing but a great experience in the 2 years I've been living here.

THE BEST!!

My experience in this apartment building has been incredible, and one of the best in town. The management team is a great example of professionalism and warmth. They've created a seamless living experience by being responsive to any queries that I've had. Their commitment to maintaining high standards truly sets this place apart. The amenities makes you feel safe and at home. The fitness has everything I was looking for, and the communal spaces are elegantly designed, providing the perfect backdrop for social gatherings. The outdoor areas, including the courtyard and pool are great to be with family and friends, I highly recommend it!

Love it here

I’ve been here for two years now and I’ve never had any problems The leasing staff is so sweet and diligent. The apartments are also so beautiful. Maintenance are quick to fill any requests and are friendly as well.

I have lived here for 3.5 years. It is a great building with excellent amenities. High quality of construction i.e. high ceilings, Quartz countertops, good kitchen appliances. Management is reasonable and easy to reach. They are responsive to any work orders. The location is convenient if you work in midtown, which both my wife and I do. We have lived here nearly as long as the building has been open and are very happy.

I looked all over the Memphis area for an apartment I could call home. From Midtown to Collierville, Lakeland and Germantown, Downtown and East Memphis. It has been a very good experience so far, I have lived here for a couple years and if I don't have any major complaints. I do wish the staff had a little bit more followthrough, I have gone to them with an issue I had and was promised a call back and never received one. Although it is also on me to circle back, it would be nice for them to do what they said they would do. Other than that, the amenities are great and the staff has always helped me with any problems I might be facing.

I like it a lot. I really like how secure the place is and how I can park my car without having to worry about it being broken into. The community can get loud at moments due to construction that is ongoing around it, but that should resolve when those are done

I have enjoyed living at the Rise. For the most part, I feel safe and appreciate the connected garage especially at nights when I get off late. Only downfall I have is the infrastructure, I can hear everything that my upstairs neighbors are doing or either they are extremely loud themselves. I've attempted to reach out to them but never get a response. The office follows up with them and they will quiet down for a day and then get back loud. Other than my upstairs neighbors, I do like living here.

Excellent customer service

When I met with the staff person, she was very kind and professional. Every since, I moved into the apartment, everything had been in great working condition. The grounds are in excellent shape and I have a wonderful view. The location is convenient to my job and I feel very secure. I plan to live here for a very long time.

Excellent living experience. The rise is very clean, the units are very modern. Also , the other amenities such as the beautiful pool and state of the art gym equipment in a great environment. You can't help but to want to work out. Maintenance concerns are addressed expeditiously. The Rise is a convenient convenient to downtown attractions, hospitals and various restaurants. The Rise is ultra sophisticated. I enjoy coming home!
