Water supply (in my particular unit, as I am told is not affecting other renters on an ongoing basis) is affected by smell similar possibly to hydrogen sulfide (randomly appearing rotten egg odor), there is also evidence of biolfim (looks like rust) in toilet tank already and dull (corroded) chrome bath drain fixtures), suggesting possibility of unproperly disinfected water supply as the odor appears in cold water taps also, and, the issue may be additionally related to stagnant, unrented units. Steering people away then (with a poor rating) may do more harm than good because the main water supply is also likely not moving enough regularly or properly maintained.

It's been good, the staff is nice and maintained request gets handled, my only thing is the traffic and it being in a not so good area. Other than this everything is going good so far and I look forward to living here throughout my lease.
