The apartment complex is well-maintained and has very good maintenance and staff. The complex contains three pools, several meeting areas, and great areas to walk. In addition, the area is gated. The complex is very pet friendly including a dog park. It also has recreation areas for Small children.

I moved into this complex in 2002. I moved into this apartment in 2017! I am satisfied here. Otherwise, I would move elsewhere.The staff is very responsive to requests for help with problems and do their jobs very well. various improvements are in progress.

Very quiet and clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. Not only did they make the moving in process smooth, but they also make living here an enjoyable experience. It's also very dog friendly here which I love!

Community is pretty quiet and maintenance staff is very quick to resolve issues. Disappointed in overall handling of ice/snow situation and community management keeping stairways and walkways clear if Ice which made the situation very hazardous for residents.

Everyone is very kind and the staff are super helpful. Nelson with maintenance does a great job. Barbara in the office is super nice and made the move in process easy and smooth. The community is also nicely maintained.

Some great people live at this community but I would not recommend. The floors are thin so we can hear what's going on above us, there is clearly black mold in our apartment that has been pained over, the office staff are friendly but have not come through on several occasions. In tough economic times they are raising our rent over 150 dollars a month, yet there are so many vacant apartments. They are building a few extra amenities which allows them to raise rent. Maintenance staff are great (especially Nelson) but the management is a little lacking. Overall it's an OK property but the property does not take ownership of anything if you actually read the lease.

This is a great apartment complex that is reasonably priced and has numerous amenities (3 pools, multiples grills, a full sized exercise center). For the most part it seems like a family friendly place where you don't have to worry about loud parties. The staff is VERY prompt about getting back to you with any concern you may have.

Barbara was amazing! I moved to Nashville from out-of-state and was a little nervous to rent an apartment before having a tour or without knowing anything about the location. Barbara was super friendly, informative, and quick to respond with any questions that I had for her. My apartment is in a safe location, and was also super clean and updated with new kitchen appliances when I arrived. I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Thanks again, Barb! :)

This is an excellent community to leave in. It has access to great amenities within the complex and within walking distance their is a nature trail to hike in the mornings. The inclusion of a fireplace in the apartment makes it a dream to live in. In addition, all the staff here are extremely friendly and go the extra mile.

We love living here. There are 3 pools with grills and nice workout room. There are many stores close by (Kroger, Publix, Walgreens, TJMax, etc.) It is very close (walking distance) to Edwin Warner Park. Work order requests are completed in a very timely manner. :)

Professional office staff. Efficient and pleasant maintenance staff. All are very friendly and work together to make our life easy!! Grounds are beautiful. Nice fenced in doggy park and plenty of doggie poop stations. It is a very nice and varied neighborhood. We plan to stay here for quite a while.

Too little exposure to comment rarely see any of the tenants how ever one resident that had been evicted for theft is apparently back and is actively stealing once again. Police report filed. Tools and such stolen from my pickup truck valued at more than $3,000 and the management team doesn't feel that they are in any way liable. Interaction with the management team has not been acceptable

I enjoy the community very much. Very friendly people. I love the pools and the gym. The covered parking we have is great. Very accessible to Percy Warner Park. Stores are close by (groceries, pharmacy's and many other great stores.

I love this community every one is so nice and willing to help! The office staff is wonderful! It is very safe and kept up very nice inside and out! I only wish they had assigned parking spots! I am handy cap and sometimes have to walk across the street to park!

I love this community. It is extremely safe and quiet. I live by myself so both of those factors are important to me. The leasing office staff is great. They are very helpful and show professionalism always. My apartment is lovely and very bright and spacious. When maintenance issues arise, the maintenance is done in an expedient manner. I would highly recommend this community!

Service is extremely quick and was resolved instantly and thoroughly. I had accidentally tore the string off my blinds and within the hour of submitting the work order they had come in and replaced the entire fixture with something brand new.

I have been in the community since March 2020. The office staff does not communicate with tenants, I was not given instructions about the fire alarm testing at 7 am. No note, no email , nor text. The gate are left open during the day, most days and the trash is always overflowing. The air conditioner in my apartment did not work properly. Maintenance came by twice and said everything was ok.
